Guest Rooms and Suites
Our guest rooms and suites are located in two buildings on our property. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness, comfort and quality of our guest rooms, all of which have recently been remodeled. All rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette, bar sink, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, designated outdoor seating, plus additional features detailed below.
Pet Policy: We happily offer select pet friendly rooms, and we have also designated many rooms as non-pet friendly rooms for people with allergies. We accept quiet and non-aggressive dogs. If you are traveling with your pet, please review our pet policy.

Motel Building
Our Motel Building
Our Motel Building is set back from Main Street and includes two levels of guest rooms and suites. All rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette, bar sink, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. These rooms also include a dining table and an additional seating area. Rooms on the ground level in this building are pet friendly, rooms on the upper level are designated as non-pet friendly.
Ground Level Rooms 101 – 112: These ground level rooms in our motel building are pet-friendly. They are equipped with one queen and one double bed, plus all the amenities listed above. Click photos below for larger views.
Upper Level Rooms 201 – 212: These upper level rooms in our motel building are designated non-pet friendly. Rooms 201 – 205 and 212 have a queen and double bed. Rooms 206 – 211 have one king bed. Click photos below for larger views.
Suites 113 & 213: These two suites offer our guests additional space, with two queen beds plus a loveseat which pulls out to a twin bed. Suite 113 is on the ground level and is pet friendly. This room has a walk-in shower, no tub. Suite 213 is on our upper level, and is a non-pet friendly room. Click photos below for larger views.
Suites 114 & 214: These corner select suites are in high demand. They offer our guests additional space with one king bed, plus a loveseat which contains a twin pull out bed. Suite 114 is on the ground level and is pet friendly. This room has a walk-in shower, no tub. Suite 214 is on our upper level, and is a non-pet friendly room. Click photos below for larger views.
Inn Building
Our Inn Building
Our front Inn Building offers a variety of kitchenette suites and guest rooms. All rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette, bar sink, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, and designated outdoor seating. We also offer a spacious two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and large private deck on the top floor overlooking Ogunquit Village.
Suite 132: Suite 132 includes two queen beds, plus a large private deck overlooking Ogunquit Village. This suite is on the ground level and is pet friendly. This room has a walk-in shower, no tub. Click photos below for larger views.
Suite 134: This suite is located on the ground level of our Inn Building and is pet friendly. Suite 134 has two queen beds with a privacy wall, plus a pull out sofa and a private deck. This room has a walk-in shower, no tub. Click photos below for larger views.
Suite 135: Suite 135 is a pet friendly room with one king bed. This room is located on the first floor of our Inn Building, with its own designated outdoor seating. Click photos below for larger views.

Rooms 137 & 138: Each of these rooms includes one king bed and a private deck. These rooms are pet friendly, and are located on the first floor. These rooms have a walk-in shower, no tub. Click photos below for larger views.
Fireplace Suites 232 & 239: These second floor open concept suites include a queen bed, a queen sofa bed, a semi-private deck, and a gas fireplace for your enjoyment. These two rooms are designated as non-pet friendly. Click photos below for larger views.
Rooms 233 & 234: These second floor rooms each include one queen bed and a double sofa bed. The deck can be used as two separate areas, or as one large gathering place if friends or family reserve both rooms. These rooms are pet friendly. Click photos below for larger views.

Apartment 333: This third-floor apartment offers a great deal of space, plus a large private deck overlooking Ogunquit Village. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds that may be converted into one king bed. Also included are a full kitchen, and an open concept living room and dining room area. Apartment 333 is pet friendly. This room is rented Saturday to Saturday only during the summer.
